NeIC 2023 Annual report
Since 2012, the Nordic e-Infrastructure Collaboration (NeIC) has facilitated Nordic cooperation in new areas that are now blossoming, and expanded activities to include Estonia. In addition to what has been achieved within the projects and what the Nordic Tier-1 facility continues to do, as an organisation, we have established an exemplary framework for hosting and managing development projects, as well as for nurturing communities with different interests and objectives.
Over the years, we have helped to improve skills at both a personal and an organisational level, benefitting the entire region and making NeIC an attractive environment in which to forge a career.
At the time of writing the 2023 annual report, the future of the collaboration beyond 2024 is uncertain. The management is committed to facilitating the collaboration activities as long as practically possible, and our mission remains to develop best-in-class e-infrastructure services beyond national capabilities. If we are able to translate this work and its impacts into words that resonate with you, we have succeeded in compiling this report.
